De app wordt niet langer onderhouden. Er verschijnen geen updates meer en er komen geen nieuwe vakken of examens bij.

Wat gebeurt er met de examens die ik had gekocht?What happens to the exams I had bought?
Een examenlicentie gaf negen maanden toegang tot het examen en het bijbehorende materiaal. Liep jouw licentie nog toen we stopten? Neem dan contact op, dan kijken we er samen naar.
An exam licence gave nine months of access to the exam and its materials. Was your licence still running when we closed? Get in touch and we will look at it together.
Kan ik mijn resultaten of analyses nog downloaden?Can I still download my results or analyses?
Het platform is offline, dus je kunt ze niet meer zelf ophalen. Heb je ze nodig? Stuur ons een mail met het e-mailadres van je account, dan kijken we wat er mogelijk is.
The platform is offline, so you cannot retrieve them yourself any more. Do you need them? Send us an email with the address on your account and we will see what is possible.

Neem contact met ons op en beschrijf je situatie. Ons oorspronkelijke terugbetaalbeleid staat nog op de voorwaardenpagina; nu het platform is gestopt, kijken we per geval wat redelijk is.

Het e-mailadres waarmee je je account had aangemaakt, om welk vak of examen het ging, en ongeveer wanneer je het hebt gekocht. Daarmee kunnen we je het snelst helpen.
The email address your account was created with, which subject or exam it concerned, and roughly when you bought it. That lets us help you fastest.
Worden er nog betalingen afgeschreven?Will any further payments be taken?
Nee. Er worden geen nieuwe betalingen meer verwerkt en er kunnen geen examens meer worden aangeschaft. Zie je toch iets op je afschrift dat niet klopt? Mail ons meteen.

Wat gebeurt er met mijn gegevens?What happens to my data?
Accountgegevens worden niet langer gebruikt voor het platform. Wil je weten welke gegevens we van je hebben, of wil je dat ze worden verwijderd? Stuur een mail naar [email protected]; dat is je recht onder de AVG en we handelen het af.
Account data is no longer used for the platform. Would you like to know what data we hold about you, or have it deleted? Send an email to [email protected]; that is your right under the GDPR and we will handle it.
Krijg ik nog mails van MedPrep?Will I still get emails from MedPrep?
Er worden geen nieuwe nieuwsbrieven of platformmails meer verstuurd. Alleen als je ons zelf mailt, krijg je van ons antwoord.
